Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy for Facials and/or Packages** At Remedy Skin Lab, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care. To maintain this standard, please review our cancellation policy for facials/packages: **1. Appointment Cancellation:** - **Notice Required:** Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. - **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to the deposit price. - **No Shows:** Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the full treatment price. **2. Rescheduling Policy:** - **Rescheduling:** You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. - **Late Rescheduling:** Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit price will be charged. **3. Package Expiration:** - **Validity:** Facial packages must be used within 6 months from the purchase date. - **Extension Requests:** Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances but must be requested before the package expires. **4. Refund Policy:** - **Refund Eligibility:** Refunds on unused facial packages are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no appointments have been scheduled. - **Partial Refunds:** If part of a package has been used, the remaining balance can be refunded minus the FULL retail value of the services already rendered. **5. Late Arrival:** - **Late Arrival:** If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. **6. Emergency Cancellations:** - **Emergencies:** We understand that emergencies occur. For emergency cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee and allow rescheduling without applying the deposit to our discretion. **7.
